These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the UpNext queue management system ("Service") operated by Fademasters Barbershop ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
UpNext operates an SMS notification program for barbershop queue management. By providing your phone number at check-in, you agree to receive the following SMS messages:
Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

The UpNext check-in system is provided to help manage walk-in queues at Fademasters Barbershop. By using the Service you agree to:
We will not use your phone number for promotional or marketing messages. All SMS messages sent through this program are strictly limited to queue status notifications related to your current visit.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and use your information only as described in the Privacy Policy.
SMS notifications are supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier participation may vary.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any delays, missed notifications, or issues caused by carrier networks, technical outages, or circumstances outside our control. SMS notifications are a convenience feature — please check with shop staff if you have any questions about your queue position.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
