These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the UpNext queue management system ("Service") operated by Fademasters Barbershop ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

The UpNext check-in system is provided to help manage walk-in queues at Fademasters Barbershop. By using the Service you agree to:

Provide accurate information including your name and phone number
Use the Service only for its intended purpose of joining and managing your place in the queue
Not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or disrupt the queue system

No Marketing Messages

We will not use your phone number for promotional or marketing messages. UpNext does not currently send SMS or marketing messages to customers. If that ever changes, you will be asked to opt in before any messages are sent.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and use your information only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any delays, technical outages, or circumstances outside our control. The queue tracker is a convenience feature — please check with shop staff if you have any questions about your queue position.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
