How do I cancel my subscription?
On the iOS app: Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. App Store cancellations go through Apple's native sheet.
On the web: Sign in at
upnext-app.com → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You'll be sent to Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel.
How do refunds work?
UpNext offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're within that window and want a refund, email us at
support@upnext-app.com with your shop name and we'll take care of it.
iOS purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds for App Store subscriptions have to go through them at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
Something's not working — what do I do?
Email us with your shop name and a quick description of what's happening. A screenshot helps a lot if you can grab one. We'll get back to you within a business day.
How do I add or remove a barber?
Owners can manage barbers from Settings → Barbers in either the iOS app or the web dashboard. Each barber gets their own login via the shop code under Settings → Shop.
Where can I read your terms or privacy policy?
